I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but seeing that there was a very inappropriate overall rating for this company, I thought I should report our fantastic experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, humorous, a good singer (yes, he sings when a good song comes on), genuine, very friendly, can multitask while making everyone around him feel feels special, has a deep sense of loyalty to the company (said he came and worked even though he wasn't paid, which I really believe), helpful, and finally really one of the nicest people that I have met for so long. I just read some really bad reviews on Floor & Decor, and I'm sorry about that. In future customer service trainings, aside from the fact that outright hate is not acceptable, it might be best not to piss off a certain demographic of designers (lots of gay people) who will be seriously harmed in the future if they collectively boycott your products.
